What You’ll Be Doing:

• Be the Face of the Hotel: Represent the business with professionalism, care, and attention.

• Collaborate Across Teams: Work with all hotel departments to boost sales activities and upsell services.

• Event Management: Book meetings, conferences, and social events into our hotel PMS system.

• Client Relations: Meet and greet clients, ensuring their events run smoothly from start to finish.

• Maximize Bookings: Convert leads into bookings and negotiate pricing with clients.

• Coordination: Manage all aspects of event coordination, from lead follow-up to closing out meeting bills.

• Promotions: Attend trade shows and promotional events to represent the hotel and generate new business.

• Training & Development: Participate in company-provided training to enhance your skills.

• Flexibility: Adapt to unexpected requirements and ensure smooth operations at all times.

• Professional Standards: Maintain high standards of dress and appearance, and adhere to health and safety regulations.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experienced Professional: Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role within a hotel in the Irish market is essential.

• System Savvy: Experience with HotSoft or similar systems is desirable.

• Sales Driven: Passionate about sales with a proven track record of success.

• Detail-Oriented: Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Customer-Centric: Dedicated to delivering outstanding customer service.

• Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with a supportive team.
