Choice People are currently working with their manufacturing client to recruit for experienced Regional Sales Managers to support current growth and demand of the business.

Reporting to the Commercial Director, the chosen dynamic and enthusiastic candidates will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth within their designated regions

Regions include Munster, Leinster and Connaught

Key Duties include:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand market share.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, contractors, and stakeholders.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the construction industry.
  • Provide technical expertise and support to clients regarding our range of products and solutions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics.

Requirements / Preferable Experience:

  • 5+ years of proven sales experience, preferably in the built environment industry.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Technical understanding of rebar products and construction processes is advantageous.
  • Willingness to travel within the designated region as required.
