Your Role as a Restaurant Manager:

  • Ensure the smooth running of the Bar & Restaurant and all other food services throughout the clubhouse.
  • Provide a world-class hospitality experience, consistently striving to exceed guest and member expectations.
  • Uphold our high standards of service while embracing the Bar & Restaurant brand ethos.
  • Address comments, complaints, and queries from guests and members, ensuring satisfactory outcomes.
  • Communicate effectively with guests and members to enhance satisfaction and actively sell resort services and facilities.
  • Control and manage departmental costs, ensuring alignment with budgets (food, beverage, payroll, etc.).
  • Inspire staff and guests with the spirited Bar & Restaurant brand values.
  • Manage billing and ensure accurate processing through our systems.
  • Collaborate with the Clubhouse’s Food & Beverage Manager to lead and develop the team.
  • Monitor and maintain standards of service, uniforms, and staff welfare.
  • Communicate effectively with senior management and other teams to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Report maintenance challenges and assist with recipe costings.

  • Previous experience in a similar hospitality role.
  • A standards-driven, creative manager with excellent attention to detail.
  • Exceptional customer service skills and financial awareness.
  • Flexible and innovative within your role.
