• Exemplary Standards: Maintain our impeccable service standards while embodying the Bar & Restaurant brand ethos.
• Engage Guests: Address guest and member comments, complaints, and queries to ensure satisfaction.
• Effective Communication: Elevate guest experiences through clear communication and promotion of resort services.
• Cost Savvy: Manage and control departmental costs to stay within budget (food, beverage, payroll, etc.).
• Inspire Excellence: Motivate staff and guests with the vibrant values of the Bar & Restaurant brand.
• Billing Precision: Ensure accurate billing and processing through our systems.
• Team Leadership: Collaborate with the Clubhouse’s Food & Beverage Manager to lead and develop your team.
• Uphold Standards: Monitor and maintain service standards, uniforms, and staff welfare.
• Operational Coordination: Communicate effectively with senior management and other teams to enhance guest satisfaction.
• Report and Resolve: Report maintenance issues and assist with recipe costings.
