What You’ll Do:
- Flawless Operations: Oversee the seamless functioning of the Bar & Restaurant and all clubhouse food services.
- Top-Notch Hospitality: Deliver world-class hospitality that exceeds guest and member expectations.
- Exemplary Standards: Maintain our impeccable service standards while embodying the Bar & Restaurant brand ethos.
- Engage Guests: Address guest and member comments, complaints, and queries to ensure satisfaction.
- Effective Communication: Elevate guest experiences through clear communication and promotion of resort services.
- Cost Savvy: Manage and control departmental costs to stay within budget (food, beverage, payroll, etc.).
- Inspire Excellence: Motivate staff and guests with the vibrant values of the Bar & Restaurant brand.
- Billing Precision: Ensure accurate billing and processing through our systems.
- Team Leadership: Collaborate with the Clubhouse’s Food & Beverage Manager to lead and develop your team.
- Uphold Standards: Monitor and maintain service standards, uniforms, and staff welfare.
- Operational Coordination: Communicate effectively with senior management and other teams to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Report and Resolve: Report maintenance issues and assist with recipe costings.
