- Proven experience (3-5 years) in a front office or hospitality management role, ideally within the Irish hotel sector.

- Exceptional leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
- A warm, approachable personality that fosters trust and rapport with guests and colleagues alike.
- Commitment to operational excellence and teamwork.
- Full working rights in Ireland, fluency in English, and flexibility with working hours.
