What You’ll Do:

  • Lead Generation: Identify and qualify new leads and opportunities, arranging meetings, presentations, and site visits.

  • Sales Outreach: Proactively engage with clients through calls, emails, and in-person meetings.

  • New Business Development: Promote the hotel to transient, group, meetings, and wedding segments.

  • Networking: Represent the hotel at industry events and build strong relationships with key decision-makers.

  • Event Management: Collaborate with the hotel’s event and operational teams to ensure seamless event planning and execution.

  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve targets.

  • Negotiation: Close deals by negotiating terms and conditions with clients.

  • Client Satisfaction: Ensure client requirements are met and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience in a high-paced sales environment (hospitality industry preferred)

  • Highly motivated and energetic individual

  • Strong knowledge of hotel operations

  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities with a guest-oriented mindset

  • Ability to prepare and present customized event proposals and quotations

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
