What You’ll Do:

Lead Generation: Identify and qualify new leads and opportunities, arranging meetings, presentations, and site visits.

Sales Outreach: Proactively engage with clients through calls, emails, and in-person meetings.

New Business Development: Promote the hotel to transient, group, meetings, and wedding segments.

Networking: Represent the hotel at industry events and build strong relationships with key decision-makers.

Event Management: Collaborate with the hotel’s event and operational teams to ensure seamless event planning and execution.

Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve targets.

Negotiation: Close deals by negotiating terms and conditions with clients.

Client Satisfaction: Ensure client requirements are met and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships.
What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience in a high-paced sales environment (hospitality industry preferred)

Highly motivated and energetic individual

Strong knowledge of hotel operations

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Exceptional problem-solving abilities with a guest-oriented mindset

Ability to prepare and present customized event proposals and quotations

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
