• Team Leader: Guide a small team of night porters, ensuring top-notch service and cleanliness.
• High Standards: Maintain the hotel’s impeccable cleanliness and ensure smooth operations.

What We’re Looking For:

• Night Owl: 3-4 years of senior management and front office experience. Night management experience is a plus!
• Dublin Expert: Proven track record in medium to large-sized properties, ideally within Dublin.
• Customer Champion: Deliver exceptional guest experiences consistently.
• Hands-On Leader: Experience in leading and motivating teams.
• F&B Pro: Expertise in food and beverage, and conference and events management.
• Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail and numerical skills.
• Tech Savvy: Proficient in IT and hotel software packages – HotSoft experience is a bonus, with full training provided.
• Fluent Communicator: Excellent written and spoken English skills.
