Key Responsibilities:
- Lead by Example: Assist in managing day-to-day kitchen activities with precision and efficiency.

- Ensure Excellence: Maintain high-quality standards while managing inventory and minimising waste.
- Deliver Expertise: Uphold health and safety regulations and ensure smooth operations in a fast-paced environment.
What We are Looking For
You will stand out if you bring:
- Strong culinary skills in food preparation, cooking, and plating.
- Experience in menu planning and kitchen operations.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
- Financial understanding of margins, wage costs, and waste management.
- Creativity and a passion for innovation in cooking.
- Teamwork, communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a high-energy setting.
- HACCP Level 2 qualification (minimum), a full clean driving license, and own transport.
- Previous experience as a Sous Chef or similar role is essential; a culinary degree or certification is a plus.
- Must have full working rights to work in Ireland.
