Main Duties:
- Drive Wedding Business: Increase wedding conversions and grow the number of weddings in line with the hotel’s budget and business plan.
- Marketing Initiatives: Plan quarterly Sales & Marketing initiatives to boost wedding enquiries.
- Manage Online Presence: Handle 3rd Party Wedding websites.
- Maximise Revenue: Manage and maintain the function diary for optimal revenue.
- Client Relationships: Build and maintain relationships with local guests for various gatherings.
- Diary Management: Oversee the Wedding & Events diary and amend function sheets/BEOs.
- Client Journey: Guide future Brides & Grooms from enquiry to contract and ensure a seamless event execution.
- Maintain Records: Update client files in line with hotel guidelines.
- Follow-Up: Conduct follow-up calls to gather feedback from past couples and local clients weekly.
- Social media: Manage social media channels for weddings and create live videos.
- Reporting: Compile and update wedding pace and business reports.
- Billing Accuracy: Manage the PM account and ensure correct billing procedures.
- Coordinate Meetings: Co-chair weekly Function Sheet Meetings with the Sales & Events Executive.
- Showrounds: Conduct both virtual and face-to-face corporate Wedding Showrounds.
- Action Plans: Implement and review action plans monthly in line with the hotel budget and business plan.
- Upsell Opportunities: Maximise revenue by upselling weddings and events.
- Event Participation: Attend Wedding Open Days and Fairs and manage planning activities around these.
- Host Events: Organise Hotel Wedding Open Days, Showcase Evenings, and Wedding Fairs within the hotel.
- Additional Duties: Support the sales team with any additional tasks to achieve business goals.
Who You Are:
- Qualified: Relevant Sales Qualifications.
- Experienced: Minimum 3 years in a similar role.
- Outgoing: Strong presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Hospitality Background: Previous experience in the hospitality industry is advantageous.
- Detail-Oriented: Proven record of meeting deadlines and targets with excellent attention to detail.
- Mobile: Full driving licence and own transport.
